Day includes Florida BBQ Association Sanctioned Cook-off,

Carz & Motorcyclez Show, Kidz area, Artz & Craftz, Vendorz.

As the name suggests, BBQ & Blues features a friendly BBQ competition amidst a background of the blues music. Event-goers sample the culinary creations of both local and out-of-town BBQ chefs.

The Greater Zephyrhills Chamber of Commerce along with many committed community partners view this event as the perfect opportunity to showcase the goodwill and hospitality of Zephyrhills to participants and visitors from near and far. The Pigz in Z'Hills BBQ competition is sanctioned by the Florida Bar-B-Q Association.

Pigz in Z'Hills BBQ & Blues benefitted these local youth programs in 2011: Zephyrills Army JROTC * Zephyrhills High School Key Club * Pasco County Sheriff's Charities * East Pasco YMCA * Investigation Station * ZHS Football * Zephyrhills Fire Rescue Explorers * Zephyrhills Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Fund.
