Live Oak’s historic downtown is the setting for the 2014
Jazz, Arts & Blues Festival! This
event - which is FREE to the public - is
expected to draw a large number of music lovers from north Florida, south
Georgia, and beyond.

– This October, the 1st Annual
Live Oak Jazz, Arts, & Blues Festival
will celebrate jazz, fine arts, and blues!

Events will begin on Friday, October
24th with a 5K Fun Run/Walk to raise money for the National Breast
Cancer Foundation. The Fun Run/Walk begins at 8am and will start and
end at Veteran's Park. The Fun Run/Walk is being coordinated by the
North Florida Community College Csstride Organization and Coach Becky
Skipper/Go Figure. The link for registration is on our website at

Following the Fun/Run, will be the
Grand Opening of the Live Oak Farmers Market with Dixie Jazz
Express performing from 12pm-3pm and 5pm-6:30pm. The Suwannee
High School Homecoming Parade will entertain patrons from 3-5pm.
During the day Friday, the Fine Arts
portion of the festival begins with a "Paint-Out" during
the day in historic downtown Live Oak. The Paint-Out will be followed
by an Artist Wine & Cheese Reception and a "Wet Canvas Sale"
at 6pm at the Live Oak Frame Shop & Gallery. Light Refreshments
will be provided.
On Saturday, October 25, 2014, THE
FESTIVAL MUSIC WILL BEGIN! Great bands and high energy entertainers
from multiple regions of Florida and south Georgia will gather to put
on a stellar show for this inaugural festival!! Jazz and Blues music
fans will be pleased to know the music line-up is stacked with one
great band after another, including:

The Festival events will include daytime and evening
concerts, free outdoor performances, street events, family events, food
vendors, and gallery viewings.
