Arts Garage Radio Theatre Scripts adapted from classic movies during the heyday of radio performed live, with performers utilizing specially designed sound effect devices, providing a nostalgic trip to the past with a modern twist. THE PHILADELPHIA STORY Thursday & Friday, AUG 21 & 22 7:30PM | RADIO THEATER This delightful comedy centers on a socialite whose wedding plans are complicated by the simultaneous arrival of her ex-husband and a tabloid magazine journalist.  COMING UP WILLIE GREEN WITH LITTLE MIKE AND THE TORNADOES Blues Sat, 8/23, 8pm ALMOST SOLD OUT! DON’T MISS THEM! Legendary Delta style bluesman Green is joined by Little Mike and the Tornadoes, a powerhouse blues and rock n’ roll band that enthralled our Arts Garage patrons last summer. JEAN CHARDAVOINE  Haitian Jazz Sat, 8/30, 8pm Haitian-born but Brooklyn-bred, this amazing guitarist has covered the gambit of musical styles through the waves of his guitar. ELSTEN TORRES  Latin Pop Fri, 9/5, 8pm With his many years of successfully composing top ten hits for internationally known artists including a #1 song on the Billboard charts, he knowingly balances the lines of accessible commercial pop with the authenticity and spirit of independent music.
