The GulfCoast High School Jazz Band will be performing a jazz concert on Sunday March 3, 2013 at 4pm at North Naples United Methodist Church.  This free concert will feature Dan Miller who has performed with Maynard Ferguson, Harry Connick Jr., Woody Herman, Tom Jones, and Wynton Marsalis.  This concert will feature music from Charlie Parker, Duke Ellington, Thelonious Monk, and many others.  North Naples United Methodist Church is located at 6000 Goodlette Rd, Naples FL 34109.  Admission is FREE but seating is limited. Dan Miller

Trumpeter Dan Miller, originally from Chicago, has lived and worked in New York City since 1991. He spent eleven years (1990-2000) as a member of the Harry Connick Jr Orchestra, traveling the world and recording numerous albums and television specials. Dan also toured internationally and recorded with Wynton Marsalis, The Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra, Maynard Ferguson, Tom Jones and Woody Herman.
