A Gospel Competition Series, sponsored by Memphis BBQ and Blues Restaurant, starts Sunday February 8, 2009. The restaurant is celebrating Black History Month by showcasing talented gospel singers and groups from all over the state of Florida.
There will be a panel of judges determining the winners in three categories: Solo, Groups, and Praise Dancing. The competition will run for three Sundays; February 8, February 15, and February 22. Each contest will run from 4:00 PM until a winner is selected.
