CHRIS CAIN...CHRIS CAIN…CHRIS CAIN….anyone even remotely
familiar with music will know this name….and we are so very excited to finally
have the opportunity to have him on our stage this Sunday….traveling all the
way down East from the San Francisco area, he rarely makes an appearance in
this area….After seeing his extraordinary performances on the Legendary Rhythm
& Blues Cruise the last few years we have finally convinced him to make the
trip so that his MANY FANS here in the S.E. can enjoy him LIVE and UP CLOSE and
PERSONAL….YES…UP CLOSE and PERSONAL !
Chris Cain has the ability to convey ideas through his
music....and it’s SUCH a BEAUTIFUL thing to watch right in front of your very
eyes……It’s almost UNBELIEVABLE that someone with SOOOOO much talent could be SO
very humble – an example that, if EVERYONE would follow….the world would be
such a much better place….His hard work in music doesn’t go un noticed, while
he moves folks emotionally as well as musically, he can make each and every
audience member feel as if he is playing JUST FOR THEM….EXCLUSIVELY ! YES, CHRIS CAIN is definitely the REAL
DEAL….with REAL SOUL and a set of pipes that are absolutely DYNAMIC….he can
play with the BEST of them…from his mentor, the LATE, GREAT ALBERT KING…to the
latter day DAVE MATTHEWS…he ROCKS OUT as no other can.
With a lifetime of study and the relentless pursuit of music
mastery behind him, his passion and intensity goes far beyond most.
Raised in a household where music was a TOP PRIORITY, he was
exposed to Masters, Ray Charles, Jimmy Witherspoon, and ALL the KINGS…ALBERT,
FREDDIE, and B.B…Albert Collins is known to have videotaped Chris from an early
life stage just for his own listening pleasure…Playing since the age of 8, he
was soon teaching jazz impressionism at SAN JOSE STATE…and had also mastered
the piano, bass, clarinet and the ENTIRE SAX family…Using his piano for broken
heart stories and his POWERFUL VOICE for the rest he has gained the unabashed respect and
admiration of his peers, from PROCOL
HARUM’S Robben Ford to the younger
Rocking Bluesman KENNY WAYNE SHEPARD.
Forging his own unique style, and unlike most of the
young guns, Strat wielding Stevie Ray copies of today,
Chris Cain creates with his low toned GIBSON guitar…His MOST REMARKABLE
songwriting ability and instrument mastery has enabled him to become a musical
force to be reckoned with, more than anyone else…. anywhere! CHRIS CAIN…IS the
