The 2013 St. Johns River Blues Festival is sponsored by The St Johns River Blues Festival, Inc., a Not for Profit organization with the goal to provide scholarship funds for fine arts students of Putnam county through this two day festival and competition. The vision of the organization is “Promoting tourism, economic stimulation and Fine and Performing Artists in partnership with business and community through the celebration of the diversity of our Southern Blues heritage.”
