FORT PIERCE – Direct from the Big Apple, Playwright/composer Neil Berg’s 100 Years of Broadway features a dazzling cast of five Broadway stars –accompanied by an all-star New York band; and this wonderful show visits the Sunrise Theatre April 9.
This acclaimed musical revue recreates the greatest moments from the finest Broadway shows of the century, featuring the ACTUAL STARS of musicals such as The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, CATS, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Jekyll & Hyde. These amazing performers light up the stage with songs from the Broadway classics and the latest hit shows in which they’ve starred
You’ll enjoy your favorite broadway classics by Jerome Kern, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Kander and Ebb, Cole Porter, Stephen Sondheim, Andrew Lloyd Webber and others.
The all-star cast includes Carter Calvert (“It Ain’t Nothin’ But the Blues”), Rita Harvey and Brad Little (“The Phantom of the Opera”), Danny Zolli (“Jesus Christ Superstar”) and Ray McLeod (“Camelot”).
Bandleader and pianist Neil Berg’s musical “The Prince and the Pauper” ran for two years off-Broadway at the Lambs Theater. His “100 Years of Broadway” has been called the best touring musical theater review on the road today.
