The 34th Annual MLK Jr. Blues Festival returns to Tallahassee on Saturday, January 17, 2026, honoring the life, words, and enduring legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through music, history, reflection, and community gathering.

Presented in recognition of the national holiday, this full-day event celebrates unity, cultural history, and the ongoing journey toward Dr. King’s vision — reminding us that United We Stand. United We Succeed.

A guided historical tour celebrating Dave’s CC Club and its role in the legendary Chitlin’ Circuit, preserving an essential chapter of American music and cultural history.


MLK Jr.’s Last Sunday Sermon

“Remaining Awake Through a Great Revolution”
Presented by Ric Holly

A powerful presentation of Dr. King’s final sermon message, offering reflection and relevance for today’s audiences.


Family Reunion: Dave’s CC Club Blues Legacy

12:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

A full afternoon and evening of blues, storytelling, and heritage, featuring:
