Rick Randlett has been playing the blues since the early '70's. He has
toured the East Coast extensively from Quebec, Canada to Florida, sharing the
stage with many well-known musicians, including Joe Perry of Aerosmith.
"Night Songs" is the latest CD (2020) from the Rick Randlett
Band. From the gospel feel of The River, to the reggae inflected Pain In My
Heart, to the slow minor blues of Dreams Of You, it's an entertaining trip
through the worlds of blues and blues inspired Americana.
Subject matter ranges from familiar tales of love lost, a bona fide ghost
story, the plight of the American factory worker, to life in a mythical town.
Featuring Rick Randlett on vocals, lap steel, and pedal steel; Kellen
Vincent on vocals and guitar; Mitch Rogers on vocals, bass, and keys; and Lance
Spano on drums, Night Songs official release party will be February 7, 2020 at The
Music Box at Dos Mamas in Gainesville, FL. Make sure to get your copy!
This is Rick's sixth CD release, including a duo effort with Cassie Keenum.
His last two solo CDs charted in the top five in the RMR blues charts.
