Winter Blues Bash in Elgin IL w/ Rev Raven, Altered Five, Alex Wilson, Aaron Williams, Nick Moss, Michael Ledbetter, Jason Ricci and MORE MORE MORE!

Jazz & Blues Florida is still trolling the northlands for cash-laden blues lovers that need to warm up to some Florida blues with a visit to the Sunshine State. Muddy had it right! Come on down and visit an old friend or two!

Yes, the saga continues, but, what the hey.... I guess one winter experience every 30 years or so is just the right amount to remind oneself why I split in the first place! Look for this smiling, but pale, face back in FLA for the Riverwalk Blues & Music Fest Feb 13!

Here is what we were up to this past Saturday night....our last night out before heading downriver to Memphis for the music madness of the IBC!  Great to see and chat with some of Florida's favorite touring artists - Reverend Raven & the Chain Smokin' Altar Boys ( Jazz & Blues Florida's Touring Blues Band of the Year a couple years ago!), Nick Moss, and Jason Ricci. And, if you haven't heard yet, Jason is swinging through Florida once again in a month or so! Keep an eye on the listings... And the Rev is making a stop over into the Panhandle at Paradise Bar &Grill January 30th on his mid-south routing.  Love that place, love Renee, love the shrimp, love the music! Get a hotel room fifty feet from the bar, which is fifty feet from the stage, which is fifty feet from the water. THAT is FLORIDA living!
