MetroWest Master Association (MWMA),
managed by FirstService Residential, is hosting their 3rd Annual
Smooth JazzFest, benefiting the Edgewood Children’s Ranch, on Sunday, May
3, 2015 from 4 to 8 p.m. at MetroWest Golf Club in Orlando, Florida. The free
community event will benefit Edgewood Children’s Ranch, a
nonprofit, residential program helping children, teens and their families
address behavioral issues.
Headlining
the event will be national recording artist and saxophonist, Will
Donato. This award-winning composer and dynamic performer returns to the MetroWest
Smooth JazzFest stage by popular demand. Opening act Robert Harris
has one of the premier Jazz/R&B groups in Central Florida. In addition to
his regular club dates, Harris has performed at several National Jazz Festivals
and concerts. Both artists have performed with some of the best-known
musicians of the smooth jazz genre, including Al McKay of Earth, Wind and Fire,
Bruce Conte of Tower of Power, Steve Reid of the Rippingtons and Kenny G to
name a few.
The
community event will feature something for the entire family including a
children’s art show, delicious food from the MetroWest Golf Club grill and
an exhibitor zone showcasing area businesses.
