Open Stage Club is one block north of Miracle Mile and one block west of Douglas Road (37 Avenue).  Open Stage Club is located on the street level of a municipal parking garage with plenty of convenient parking (garage entrance around the corner on Aragon Avenue).  There is metered parking available on the street.  Our advice is to park in the garage so you don't have to worry about the meter.

MORE NEWS!

Last month, the Miami Foundation awarded a Public Space Challenge Grant to the Miami Jazz Cooperative to take the five-year successful model of the Jazz in the Gables free lunchtime concert series to Alamo Park on the campus of Jackson Hospital. With supplemental funding from the Jackson Health Trust, Jazz at Jackson will present weekly jazz concerts from 11 AM to 2 PM on Thursdays from November 5, 2015 through March 31, 2016.

The “Health District” of Miami is the neighborhood including and surrounding Jackson Memorial Hospital. The district includes UM Hospital, VA Hospital, Sylvester Cancer Center, Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, and many other health-related organizations. It is estimated that 30,000 employees work in the district, many of them in stressful positions, dealing with life and death on a daily basis. At the geographic center of the Health District is Alamo Park, a green space which includes a permanent outdoor stage/pavilion.

Jazz at Jackson will provide weekly relief from stress for the healthcare community, patients, and patient families and introduce jazz to a broader audience.
