“finest exponents of swing tenor alive today.” His warm tone
and impeccable technique have won him multiple Gold Disc Awards,
the New Star Award and the New York Nightlife Award for
Outstanding Jazz Combo Performance. Allen has recorded with
Tony Bennett, Johnny Mandel, Ray Brown, James Taylor and
many others.
