The EBC 2014 will be in Riga, Latvia, on April 11th and 12th 2014.
Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Norway, Russia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland have already confirmed their participation to the EBC.
