Lauren Mitchell's New Release "DESIRE" Climbing Charts - CD Release Tour

The tour kicks off tonight at the Palladium's Side Door

In celebration of this new release, Josh Sklair
(Etta James' guitarist & music director for 25 
years, and studio guitarist on DESIRE) will be joining 
Lauren for tonight's CD release party at the Palladium.

Lauren recorded her most soulful album to-date on a
10-day trip to Los Angeles in 2016. There are 13
songs recorded by drummer and Grammy winning
producer Tony Braunagel.  Also on the album are
guitarists Johnny Lee Schell and Josh Sklair,
keyboardist Jim Pugh, bassist Reggie McBride,
sax player Joe Sublett, trumpet player Darrell 
Leonard, and percussionist Lenny Castro. Only
pre-released to world-wide radio and internet
programmers a few weeks ago, the CD is already
on the Roots Music Report Charts at #39!
