Jazz Professors | Jazz  Sat 4/26, 8pm
Grammy winning Jeff Rupert is a Yamaha performing artist, a record producer, recording artist, freelance tenor saxophonist, full professor, and Director of Jazz Studies at UCF.  The Jazz Professors, whose album "Do That Again" was the #39 of the top 40 albums of 2013, according to JazzWeek, will be coming to the Arts Garage in Delray Beach this Saturday, April 26, at 8:00 p.m.  Yamaha Artist saxophonist, Jeff Rupert (Maynard Ferguson, Sam Rivers), Yamaha Artist pianist, Per Danielsson (The Jazz Surge), bassist, Richard Drexler (The Jeff Berlin Trio, Bernadette Peters), and drumming legend, Marty Morell (The Bill Evans Trio) are seasoned veterans with a great sound not to be missed!

While well known in the blues world, Sicilia demonstrates an array of influences from country, americana, R&B, to pop, which gives her a unique soulful voice that separates her from other singers on the scene. A bona fide rising star, Sicilia has opened for acts such as Johnny Winter, Joe Bonamassa, Shemekia Copeland, and others while performing at some of the biggest Blues Festivals in North America such as the Ottawa Blues Festival, Pittsburgh Blues Festival, and the Bayfront Blues Festival.
