The night of dining and dancing was held at the premiere ballroom and event facility in Tampa - TPepin's Hospitality Centre. Sinatra and Rat Pack favorites were performed by Don Juceam and the 19-piece Don Juceam Orchestra.
"It was a sellout and much beyond my expectations. We got a very nice TV feature on Bay News 9 in the a.m. "What's happening this weekend" and the phone just starting ringing which eventually translated into those sales that pushed us way over the top. It was like the scene in "Good Fellas" where the m'aitre d is rolling in more tables just as the show is starting - very funny. Venue was wonderful, food great, band was cookin' .
