Celebrating 25 years of excellence, the Spanish Harlem Orchestra (SHO) delivers the gold standard of New York-style salsa dura — high-energy, hard-hitting, and irresistibly danceable.
Led by pianist and bandleader Oscar Hernández, this powerhouse ensemble of thirteen world-class musicians brings an electrifying mix of rhythm, precision, and passion that keeps audiences on their feet from the first note to the last. Adding his signature warmth and vibrant sound, Etienne Charles infuses the night with the spirit of the Caribbean, blending jazz tradition with Afro-diasporic roots.

VENUE INFORMATION:
Parking: The municipal parking lot at 73rd Street and Collins Avenue is across the street from the Bandshell. Please note it is not free — fee is $2/hour. When it is full, look for street parking.
The venue is an open-air facility, covered by the new canopy. Shows are scheduled rain or shine.
No outside food or drink inside the Bandshell, please. The venue has a fully stocked bar, and features food vendors inside the venue. A water refill station is on-site.
Club Box level: The Club Box level has 10 cabanas, on an elevated riser along the rear wall of the Bandshell. When you purchase a Club Box ticket, you are purchasing 6 admissions. Some shows also feature a dedicated entrance from Collins Avenue, and a dedicated VIP bar. At GA shows, feel free to move about the venue, and still come back to the club box.
