The Community Arts Program (CAP) 2022 Summer Concert Series continues 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 7 with Chico Pinheiro. Considered a leading figure—in and outside the Brazilian music scene—Chico Pinheiro has distinguished himself as a guitarist, composer, and arranger. In his Community Arts Program (CAP) Summer Concert Series debut, concertgoers will hear in Chico Pinheiro a Brazilian jazz guitar master at work. Pinheiro joins his exceptional pairing of Helio Alves (piano), Sam Minaie (bass), and Alex Kautz (drums).
