The 7th Annual Chili Fest presented by Don Gasgarth's Charlotte County Ford, Worksite Employee Leasing, and Bacardi returns to Laishley Park in Punta Gorda on January 27, 2018. This popular event features over 15 chili teams, 35 craft beers, and great blues music. This year's Headliner is the Rev. Shawn Amos. He is a Los Angeles based, Chart Topping blues-man ready to turn our festival into a 1960's era Chicago blues club! His foot stomping, harp wailing performance will energize the faithful, and convert the wayward to the Rev's message of booty shakin', deeply joyful blues. It's a show you don't want to miss! Opening for the Reverend will be local favorites - Deb & the Dynamics! There will be lots of vendors, and other food/drink options available at the event.

In 2004 Deb started her own band Deb & the Dynamics... 13 years later they are still voted best local band every year and are known as the hardest working band in southwest Florida. Deb surrounds herself with class act musicians and is proud to be a part of the dynamics and to be a dynamic you have to give 100 percent every night and that’s what this band does.
