Jazz & Blues Florida On The Road
Saturday, March 19, 2022
The dental work has been completed in NIcaragua and I'm making my way back to San Jose (eventually).
Traveling by bus seeing the country side.
A late-night stop-over in the city of Nicoya in Guanacaste Province, Costa Rica on the way to Samara on the Pacific coast to meet up with a friend.
Check in, and then to the grocery. 300Colón equals 50cents US.
A beer and a slice in the park. A walk around the old town.
Though early, the night is quiet. Restaurants closed. No music to be found. Some families in the park. People are already home resting up for Sunday.

More steps took me to the church. Originally built in 1644, the church Parroquia San Blas, Nicoya, is Costa Rica's last remaining colonial landmark. That makes it over 4,500 full moons have shone down upon it.
A good night's rest at Las Tinajas. A place I'll return to anytime and everytime I'm passing through.
Five blocks or so from the bus station.
