Bop Legacy
Bop Legacy, featuring saxophonist Austin Vickrey and
trumpeter James Suggs, emerged in 2016 with several
concerts paying tribute to the greats of jazz. Joined by Bay
Area veterans Stretch Bruyn, Billy Pillucere, and
Joe Renda, this band has really captured the attention of
jazz listeners, and their Ybor City concert will focus on two
of the most lyrical and inventive jazz players of their time,
saxophonist Stan Getz and trumpeter/vocalist Chet Baker.
