Florida Blues Musician & Radio Program Host Marty Scott Dies at Age 59
Marty Scott, a blues musician and host of the Sunday evening Blues Cruise radio show on WFCF, died at his home by the St. Johns River on Saturday. He was 59.
The cause of death is unknown, but friends say Scott suffered from some health problems, including strokes.
Scott worked as a volunteer DJ at WFCF for 16 years, said Daniel McCook, station manager of WFCF, located in Flagler College.
