Florida organizations have already benefited from Levitt support. Jazz Blues Florida readers have recently seen that support in action through the Levitt AMP Alachua Music Series, including JBF-promoted 2026 performances by Sheba the Mississippi Queen with Keith Caton and the Bluesmen and Orchestra Fuego. Alachua was selected for continued Levitt program funding through the 2026–2028 cycle. Treasure Coast Barbers United in Fort Pierce also received a 2026 Levitt Festival Grant for its Juneteenth Celebration. Florida nonprofit organizations presenting qualifying free outdoor festivals may want to take a close look at the 2027 grant opportunity.
