for A Taste of Jazz as the incomparable Nicole Yarling takes
the stage with the acclaimed guitarist Lindsey Blair. Yarling's myriad
of influences have created a product that begs attention across the
board. Her chosen instruments are her voice, violin and fiddle. In
January's show, she brings us an intimate concert of new classica
that will have you singing along and feeling good!
“A Taste of Jazz is a fun way to learn more about the celebrated
musical genre without feeling intimidated or overwhelmed,” said
Jody Leshinsky, Cultural Venues Programming Manager. “So many
people want to learn more about this original American art form but
do not know where to begin. We created this event series for them!”
