Florida music venues/clubs for sale or looking for partnership interests...

If anyone out there has from $250k up to $1M+ and a desire to be a part of the live jazz/blues scene by buying into, or buying out, an operating Florida club, give me a shout for introduction(s) and more info.  Currently, we have been notified of four businesses around the state that are not on the "public" market at this time.
