BRONSON — Rock 'n' roll legend Bo Diddley had often complained before he died of being “ripped off” by the musical revolution he helped found, having received no royalty payments for his biggest hits, only flat recording fees.

  1. Diddley's offspring are unfairly being made out to be money hungry. They were asked if they wanted to sell rights to Fuji for roughly 4 mil to which the family said "no we want to own the songs for a little while like our father would've done" So what do the managing partners (who have told the offspring to watch the executor)do? They get the executor to file a Petition for Authorization To Sell Estate Assets.
    Why ask the family if they want to sell and when they don't like the answer, try to discredit the family in order to make an "override" easier?
