Sunshine Jazz Organization's 38th Season is celebrated with a concert by the world famous Richard Bona (Cover Feature of the October issue of Jazz & Blues Florida!), which could very well be THE show of the season. He is a Grammy-winning musician, one of the most accomplished international bass players, composers and multi-instrumentalists. With his unique sound and vocal gift he is continuously representing his African origins. Bona’s music addresses the continent’s traditions, culture, beauty and issues. His purpose, and the way he connects with his audience has turned him into a staple name in world, jazz and Afropop music.

This concert is his ONLY Florida appearance on his calendar, and it will be one of the most intimate in this 390-seat theater as he mostly plays festivals and performing arts center-size concerts world-wide. There is a very strong chance of the event selling-out, so do not wait to claim your seat.

Join the Miami Jazz Community for another wonderful evening at The Lyric! Purchase tickets at www.sunshinejazz.org or at the door. General seating TICKETS are $60, VIP TICKETS (includes Wine Reception 7-8pm) are $75.  Street parking and a paid parking lot are across the street by The Red Rooster, celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson's popular restaurant.
