Fundraiser to benefit
Railroad Square Tenents and City Dogs Cafe
w/ storm damage recovery.
Fundraising event starting at 4 pm. There will be an open jam and live music on both stages all night, a bake sale, and a raffle. All the money will be shared with the fundraising efforts for the tenants of RRS & City Dogs. Only $15 suggested donation for such an awesome cause with so many great artists. The raffle: tickets are $5 or 5 for $20. The money will be paid directly to the fundraising efforts. If you have items to donate, please bring them to The Blue Tavern by 2 pm on Sunday, June 2. Blue Tavern is a bar/coffeehouse/music venue in Midtown
within easy walking distance from Levy and Lafayette
Park neighborhoods. Serving beer, wine, coffee,
tea, and sodas -- a perfect quiet spot to enjoy conversation,
reading, art, without TV or canned music. Whether you
know them yet or not, your friends already know
about The Blue Tavern.
Menu includes New Orleans style red-beans-and-rice
with andouille sausage, gumbo, vegan soup and vegan
sandwich, grilled cheese sandwiches, grilled ham /
cheese sandwiches, and pressed Cuban sandwiches
all at very affordable prices. And now occasional special
offerings. Draft, craft and domestic beer, wine and
champagne, soft drinks, and of course coffee
are only a moment away!
