Johnny Rawls | Garage Blues –   2/15, 8pm
One of the hardest working blues icons out there today; Johnny Rawls is praised for his soul-flavored blues, solid pop hooks, smooth vocals and just the right touch of grit and stax-style horns.  From Mississippi to Delray Beach,  Arts Garage brings the bluest of blues!

Mark Morganelli & The Jazz Forum All-Stars w/ Ira Sullivan | Jazz –   2/16, 7pm
Flugelhornist & Jazz Forum Arts Executive Director, Mark Morganelli returns to Florida after an absence of 35 years, to lead his Jazz Forum All-Stars featuring veteran Ira Sullivan and pianist Don Friedman in an evening of cherished standards by Rodgers & Hart, The Gershwins, Jerome Kern, Duke Ellington, and Miles Davis, as well as Brazilian favorites by Antonio Carlos Jobim.

‘A living, breathing, swinging encyclopedia of Jazz’, Dick Hyman has amazing chops and an inquisitive mind that has guided him through explorations of various styles of Jazz.  He also brings to  Arts Garage, tremendous experience in creating and performing music for countless major films and television.  Come join us for a night of prolific versatility!

Manuel Valera | Jazz Project –   2/22, 8pm
Grammy-nominated jazz pianist and composer Manuel Valera’s music pulses with the hot beats and deep soul of his native Havana!!  Performing a sizzling set of Latin jazz, he’s sure to spice up the night with his rad chops and solo flights.

Fighting over Beverly by Israel Horovitz | Theatre at Arts Garage
2/28 – 3 /23   (Wednesday – Friday, 7:30pm and Saturday-Sunday, 2pm)
What does it take to realize that you are the love of your life?  Fighting over Beverly centers on a hilarious love triangle between three 70+ year-olds in Gloucester, Massachusetts in the winter of 1998.  Clever, witty and lovely, Fighting over Beverly is sure to please!!

Micailah Lockhart | Urban Underground - 3/1, 9 - 11pm
Referred to as the next Jennifer Hudson, Micailah is the Salt & Soul of Delray Beach.  Her vocals ignite the stage and blow audiences away.  Winner of the Project Ship regional talent competition, her reviews are unanimous…   Micailah is the next big thing!

Leon Anderson Quintet – Jazz | 3/8, 8pm
Having performed with Ellis Marsalis at the Free Jazz Festival in Rio de Janeiro and Marcus Roberts at Dizzy’s Club Coca-Cola at Lincoln Center, Anderson is recognized as a ‘Jazz Hero’ by the Jazz Journalists Association.  Join us as this Jazz Professor gives us a lesson in electric improvisation we’re sure not to forget. 

Brad Vickers & His Vestapolitans – Garage Blues | 3/15, 8pm
Playing, touring and recording with America’s Blues and Roots masters like Jimmy Rogers, Chuck Berry and Pinetop Perkins, Brad Vickers is mixing up originals with our favorite covers in Blues, Ragtime and Hill Country Breakdowns. Join Vickers and his Vestapolitans for a night of good-time American roots’n Roll! 

Peter Bernstein – Jazz Project | 3/22, 8pm
‘…the most impressive young guitarist I’ve heard’ – Jim Hall, ‘…Peter knows it all.’ – Lou Donaldson.  Peter Bernstein has been immersed in the Jazz scene for over 20 years, playing with greats like Jimmy Cobb, Diana Krall and Dr. Lonnie Smith.  Come be hypnotized by his distinctly unforgettable guitar voice!

Carmen Bradford – Jazz Project | 3/25, 8pm
‘Bradford’s voice reaches from broad, belting climaxes to softly purring, intimate sounds... …carving out lines with well-crafted melodic inventiveness.’ – Don Heckman  Performing on two Grammy Award winning albums and collaborating on a third, Carmen Bradford continues her families legacy performing with the likes of Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennet and Joe Williams.  Don’t miss her overwhelming passion as she continues to shine her light on the Great American art form called Jazz!

Bill Muter and the Sharp Shooters |– 3/28, 8pm
Whatever you THOUGHT you knew about the Tuba…   Kindly disregard.
Bill Muter and his ‘Sharp Shooters’ bring elements of funk, R&B, Hip Hop and more to life in a way you’ve never heard before!  The Tuba Soloist for the Tony and Emmy Award Winning ‘BLAST’, Bill bursts on the music scene, working the crowds like putty in his hands with his spontaneous symphonic sounds.

Vivian Sessoms – Shades of Soul |– 3/29, 8pm
An absolute powerhouse of a performer, Vivian Sessoms possesses an exquisite soulful voice!  She has worked with the likes of Christina Aguilera, Cher, Joe Cocker, P!nk, Patti Labelle, Natalie Cole, and has been a featured vocalist for Chris Botti, Harold Mabern and Eric Benet, to name a few.  The niece of Jazz legend Nancy Wilson, Vivian has garnered herself a loyal following and she’s coming for one night to teach us the secret to her success!

Rob Russell | Cabaret – 3/30, 7pm
An Icon in the Palm Beach Cabaret scene, Rob Russell has performed throughout the United States as a singer and actor touring Broadway shows.  Best known for his Direction of the fabulous Royal Room in the Colony Hotel, Palm Beach, Rob has also been invited to perform with Grammy and Tony Award-winning Cabaret Stars like Marilyn Maye, Anne Hampton, Liz Callaway and countless others.  Come Cabaret the night away!

Gala Gig III | 3 year anniversary

3 years running and just getting warmed up!  The Arts Garage celebrates our third anniversary in true Gypsy style!  Come drink and dine with the lights, colors, sounds and entertainment that only gypsies can deliver.  We’ll make it a night you’ll never forget!

Orquesta Aragon |  Cuban Tue 4/8 & Wed 4/9, 7:30pm
The legendary Orquesta Aragon graces our stage for two nights of Charanga magic!  For more than six decades, they have held the status of the most favorite Cuban band, immortalizing the Son, Danzon and the Cha Cha Cha.  Now under the direction of Rafael Lay, he follows in his father’s footsteps in preserving the true original sound that is Orquesta Aragon.

Rene Marie |  Jazz Fri 4/11, 8pm
Rene Marie has been cemented among the vocal elite with her award winning jazz, soul and blues singing and songwriting.  Her voice has been compared by critics to Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughn!  Come be hypnotized as she weaves profound tales of despair and triumph in a style that packs an emotional wallop!

Jazz Professors | Jazz  Sat 4/26, 8pm
Grammy winning Jeff Rupert is a Yamaha performing artist, a record producer, recording artist, freelance tenor saxophonist, full professor, and Director of Jazz Studies at UCF.  The Jazz Professors, a sextet had top JazzWeek charting hit albums in 2012 and 2013. "The Jazz Professors: Live at the UCF-Orlando Jazz Festival" (Flying Horse, 2011) which and peaked at #19 during its seventeen weeks on the JazzWeek charts. His third album, "From Memphis to Mobile", with Kenny Drew, Jr.

The Pfabulous Pfister Sisters have one rule…   the Music never stops! For years, the Pfister sisters have been bringing traditional jazz from New Orleans to the world…  and for one night, they’re bringing it to the Arts Garage! Come watch as these Betties of Jazz vocal Harmony light up the stage!
