MESH Funk Jazz Trio debuts at The Vega Lounge in Pompano Beach Dec 21, 2013

What’s next...
is MESH.
Working in many gigs around south Florida, three musicians met between trips to studios and live shows and after two years decided it was finally time to put their musical ideas together and make their own fusion project full of jazz, funk denominated  MESH. Very authentic ideas and arrangements of well known songs  like  "Come Together" by The Beatles or  "Wonderwall" by Oasis or “So What” by Miles Davis or "Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana  are some examples of what is on the set list, presented in an original form, completely re-arranged and re-harmonized in a way that many will find it hard to believe when they hear.

MESH Artists:

- Julian Avila, Guitar: This session musician, producer, composer, arranger and guitarist is often characterized by his versatility and style. He’s become one of the most requested studio guitarists in his home Colombia, and recorded with Latin Grammy nominee artists, such as Andres Cabas, Jorge Celedon, and as a producer and director for Santiago Cruz among others.

- Diogo Brown, Bass: Arranger and composer, this Rio de Janeiro born artist has had a few of his compositions recorded by Brazilian artists such as Martinalia, Daniel Chaudon, Karla Da Silva (The Voices Brazil) and played with many internationally renowned names, including Nouvelle Vague, John Secada, Beatriz Luengo, Yotuel Romero (Orixas) besides Brazilian pop Star Claudia Leitte and the six times Grammy nominated Debi Nova
