The Jupiter-Tequesta Florida Group for Adopt-A-Platoon and America Supporting Americans
is being honored by 264 The Grill for their efforts on behalf of our troops in Afghanistan and
Iraq. To date, this Group has mailed over 875 boxes!
Music will be provided by renowned jazz pianist, Patti Wicks, and complimentary hors
d’oeuvres will be served by 264 The Grill. We are asking attendees to donate one or more of
the following items that have been requested by our troops:
Hot Chocolate, Ground Coffee, Tea (regular, green, peppermint, etc),
Powdered Drinks (single serve), Hard Candy, Protein/Granola Bars, Baby Wipes, Crosswords, Word Search, Soduku, Travel Size Games and DVD Movies.
Celebrity Bartenders will be LT. Dish from the movie M*A*S*H actress, Jo Ann Pflug who hosts THE JO ANN PFLUG SHOW ON SEAVIEW RADIO SAT. 7:30-8:30 AM and 7:00-8:00 PM; Leslie Gray Streeter, “That Girl” Columnist from the Palm Beach Post; and, Charles Boyer, Owner/Publisher of Jazz & Blues Florida and founding board member of the Jazz Arts Music Society of Palm Beach
Another highlight of the evening will be a $5.00 raffle for a gift certificate from 264 The Grill
for dinner for two at a value of $100.00.
